Manual Handling Project
-
This project involved revamping the company's outdated manual handling materials to comply with the newly released training standards set forth by the Global Wind Organization (GWO) — these standards are mandatory for all wind energy companies.
The overhaul primarily shifted the focus from theoretical knowledge to practical application. My responsibility was to master the intricacies of the new standard and recalibrate the training material accordingly. The project demanded meticulous attention to detail, as any deviation from the standard could result in a costly audit.
